Data centers are noisy - 24/7. Like, disturb your sleep and fuck up your physical and mental wellbeing kind of noisy.
Data centers use an outrageous amount of water and electricity. Like, OUTRAGEOUS. Also, they create electromagnetic fields. Chronic exposure to EMFs isn't good for humans, or animals.
Massive, unrelenting light pollution. If you live near a data center, you'll never experience darkness at night. Imagine that neighbor with a floodlight that's pointed at your bedroom window, but worse. Data centers in rural areas are destroying designated "dark sky" areas, flooding hundreds of square miles with ugly, unnatural light.
